Smartphones are pretty cool inventions. But when your mom tells you to put your phone away at the dining table, maybe you should listen to her. Are you addicted to your smartphone? Want to come out of that? I am here to help you with this.
Stop using mobile phones in bed.
The blue light from your smartphone messes with your sleep hormones and your bed and sleep really hate your smartphone. Yeah, I know it is really difficult to stay away from your mobile especially before you sleep. We will miss a lot of activities like chatting with your love or friends, watching videos or memes… But you will not miss your sleep routine. You will enjoy a good sleep and have a brisk morning every day. But what will you do when you feel bored and not feel sleepy. There are some other options to do at that time
You can read any book
Take a pen and paper. Write down how was your day or your planning for the next day
Listen to songs. If you want to hear the songs from mobile. Please don’t do it. Don’t touch the mobile once you are in your bed
Get a real alarm clock
It is really tempting to reach for your phone first thing in the morning, especially if your phone is the thing that woke you up. Waking up with the mobile phone is not a good idea. You are super excited to take your mobile and see the messages or calls you missed in the last night after your sleep. Yes, you are allowed to check them but not immediately after waking up. Get up, Refresh, drink water, jot down the things which you have planned for today then you can check your mobile. This will make your day so productive instead of making you feel so lazy
Have your meals in a mobile-free zone
This is so important that you missed so many tasty meals and interesting conversations without enjoying it. Enjoy your meal by conversing with your family or friends. I am sure that you will love the moment and your mom too when you utter the words “It tastes awesome!!!”
Turn off notifications
Notifications are like calling bell near our door. It tempts us to open. So, please turn off the notifications.
Delete unnecessary apps
Most of the apps on your phone are probably just clutter, anyway. We do have some apps like so many beauty filter apps, game apps, texting apps… Remove those apps from your smartphone. Don’t panic, you will be alive even without those apps.
Stay Healthy!! Stay Awesome 🙂

Tough to avoid mobile phone in routine life. I used to it frequently like adiction. But your opinions are good when I read your article, it’s juz simple steps. I ll try to do.
We don’t need to avoid the usage of mobile phones. But we need to know the limit and take control of our lives in our hands instead of giving it to our mobile phones. Try them and let me know how you get on 🙂
